In the past few business days President Trump has wiped out 10 percent of my retirement savings. And now we know that these tariffs were put in place for zero reason, calculated using an equation which makes no sense, and came from the President's trade advisor Peter Navarro who used a source he literally made up out of thin air. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Our Federal government is ultimately accountable to us, the taxpayer citizenry. I want to know if you are going to allow Trump to continue to destroy the retirements of thousands of people in his district — oh, and by the way, allow prices to go up, people to lose their jobs, and usher in a recession — or are you going to stand up against this insanity and actually do something reign it in?
