Immediate release of Fernando Jaramillo and his two minor children and reunification of the family. 2. Full transparency from ICE regarding the family's location, physical condition, and legal status. 3. Immediate communication rights between the detained children and their mother. 4. Protection and proper care for the 12-year-old girl, ensuring she is cared for by qualified professionals, and not held alone with male agents. 5. Investigation into ICE's conduct in Durango for potential violations of child-welfare standards, inappropriate use of violence and force against the 15-year-old and his father, and coercion. 6. Accountability and oversight at the federal level to prevent further abuses of asylum seekers in rural Colorado and nationwide.
