I have just learned that Trump has nominated his unqualified and corrupt personal lawyer, Eric Bobe, to the Third Circuit court of appeals. I'm deeply concerned already about the independence of our judicial (and legislative) branches. I have heard of threats against judges multiplying and Trump intends to remove the ability for judges to hold him in contempt in his Big Miserable Bill. But stopping those actions won't matter if all the confirmed judges are corrupt. I was deeply disappointed and angry you voted to confirm Rubio. We ARE paying attention. NO MORE confirmations for Trump's corrupt cronies. I would beg you to use all the powers at your disposal as the minority party to delay, stall and obstruct these nominations and approvals. I would appreciate a reply letting me know your stance on Trump's political appointees. Thank you.
