The SAVE act discriminates against women. I think ALL men should have to produce their birth certificate to prove they are who they say they are. If this is really about keeping elections honest, Only fair. The cultural norm for generations has been that a woman takes her husband's name. I had to take my social security card and my marriage certificate when I changed my name on my social security card to my married name. Men can assume someone's identity and vote in that person's name! Prevent fraud by making all men prove identity to be able to vote!!
