I would appreciate it if you would reconsider your position and vote "NO" on H.R.9495 - Stop Terror-Financing and Tax Penalties on American Hostages Act. This poorly written bill gives the Secretary of State unchecked power to designate any 501(c) non-profit as a "terrorist supporting organization"
