Please protect Social Security. Workers have paid into it and deserve their benefits. 85% of the American people oppose cuts to Social Security. Vance and Musk are lying when they talk about fraud as it is less than 0.001% . Cuts to the 7000 staff positions have resulted in nearly 5 hour call time waits and delays in processing benefits. That is unacceptable. Hands off Social Security. This is a benefit that people have *earned* over a lifetime of work, and one that most seniors, including my husband and me, will rely on.
