I am writing to you to demand that you vote yes on SB 397, to curb ICE aggressions and protect our homes and communities. It is clear that ICE is acting without regard for the populous of the United States, thus I demand that you act to protect us, your constituents. It is blatantly clear that ICE is acting in brutal violation of the Constitution, with multiple Rights being tossed aside. Thus, we demand that there be accountability by establishing this remedy against ICE and against constitutional rights violations. Anything less is a betrayal of our trust.
