Today’s shooting in Minnesota of an unarmed, US citizen by a masked ICE agent was both predictable and preventable. ICE must be recalled from US cities, fully vetted, trained properly, and managed by a qualified government agency. Failure to do so makes Congress an accessory after the fact. Do your job of oversight now.
