Trump’s lawlessness with regard to Venezuela is unacceptable, and unless Congress stops him, he will continue to act as a dictator. I’m writing to ask you to call for oversight hearings and to invoke the War Powers Resolution. I’m also asking you to take the lead on public-facing messaging so Americans don’t fall for the Trump/Fox News spin. Schumer and Jeffries are not up to the task. I am ashamed of what our country has become. We should all be ashamed and alarmed. Thank you.
