Investigate ICE Detention Camp Homicide of Your Constituent

Hello Congressman Morelle, as I'm sure you've heard, Geraldo Lunas Campos's death in ICE custody on January 3rd was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner, despite DHS ruling it a suicide and/or medical emergency. Campos was abducted by ICE in Rochester, in your district, last July. Witnesses to his death say guards held him down and choked him until he was unconscious and then died.
