I'm a member of Indivisible Westside Los Angeles. I'm writing to ask that you support S1616, The Judiciary Act of 2023. With this most recent set of Supreme Court decisions it has become abundantly clear that the conservative majority is out of control. It is past time to expand the court. Please support and pass this bill. Also, please urge your colleagues to support and pass this bill and advocate for Biden to expand the court. Thank you for your time and attention.
