I urge you to vote against H.R. 9495, as it would place undue restrictions on non-profit organizations' legitimate advocacy efforts. This threatens free speech and the ability of civil society groups to participate in the democratic process. Non-profits amplify underrepresented voices and hold the government accountable. Constraining their activities would erode fundamental rights. Vote against this bill that undermines non-profit advocacy.
