To the Members of the United States Congress, I’m writing to address problem in the legal system where individuals and groupies file lawsuits primarily to extort financial gains mostly for $ from sexual consensual relations from people and entity’s with resources. This practice drains time, money, energy from people trying to contribute positively, and it undermines trust in the courts along causing defamation of character !The proposed Anti-Extortive Gold Digger Act created stronger safeguards against these shake-down suits. Key provisions patterns of abusive filing n preserving access to courts for legitimate purposes . The citizen urges Congress to review this issue and consider legislation that hold protection from predatory gold diggers extortionists by no financial compensation beyond the suspect getting jail time if they commit a crime that can be proved.Respectfully submitted.
