President Biden is complicit in the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people with his continued support of Israel. The threat to halt a single weapons shipment is laughably insufficient and only comes after weeks of protests across the country that revealed how unpopular his platform truly is. Instead of condemning the actions of college and university protestors, the President should be listening to their complaints and working towards a permanent ceasefire and two state solution. Every day he wastes is an indication that he cares more about the support of Israel than the support of his own voter base. He cannot expect meaningful support in the general election while simultaneously alienating millions of young and minority voters.
