Cory Booker is wrong about the need for more ICE training. That won't help.

I'm a trauma therapist and am keenly aware that the true mission of ICE is NOT criminal apprehension. The true mission of ICE and Border Patrol is dominance and intimidation of Democratic communities. Their tactics are very similar to that of Domestic Violence perpetrators. If the true mission were to get the "worst of the worst" they would be doing what the Biden and Obama admins did. This is about terror and intimidation and it must not succeed. Just as anger management training only leads to more effective oppression, better ICE training will not be helpful. No more funding for ICE and Border Patrol from now until we can undo this distorted mission and wasteful fraudulent funding. More than enough is more than enough. Stop this NOW!
