Not using your healthcare is not a crime. Restore the affordable Healthcare insurance to everyone you stole it from. Healthcare, even with insurance, is expensive and their are a million reasons why someone might not have and Healthcare claims in a year or more. I do research on insurance claim data, and i can attest to the high volume of people who visit the doctor very rarely. Stop stealing people's health insurance. Restore coverage to the affordable care insurance for everyone.
