Remove RFK Jr. as HHS Secretary for unsafe actions
Remove Robert F. Kennedy Jr. from his position leading the Department of Health and Human Services. His tenure has been marked by the dismantling of public health infrastructure at a moment when Americans need it most, and Congress has both the authority and the responsibility to act.
Kennedy has gutted agencies like the CDC and FDA, fired experienced scientists and public health officials, and promoted medically discredited positions that undermine vaccine confidence and disease prevention. These are not policy disagreements — they are actions with direct consequences for American lives. Congress must use every available tool, including oversight hearings, funding restrictions, and calls for removal, to end this before the damage becomes irreversible.
