Trump is trapped by his ill-conceived war, and has no workable plan for exiting the war. The US bombed Iran for nearly a month and failed to beat the nation’s leaders into submission. The notion that restarting ineffective approaches and adding in illegal tolls will accomplish much of anything is ridiculous. Congress must provide leadership.
