Remove Palantir From All Federal Government Contracts

To: Rep. Elfreth, Sen. Alsobrooks, Sen. Van Hollen

From: A verified voter in Arnold, MD

June 20

Cancel every federal contract with Palantir. France's domestic intelligence agency has already terminated its relationship with the company. Germany followed. The Netherlands just announced it will do the same. These are serious allied governments walking away from Palantir over surveillance and data sovereignty concerns, and the United States should not be the last democracy standing in defense of this company. Palantir's business model is built on harvesting and analyzing sensitive data at scale. When that data belongs to American citizens and flows through federal agencies, the risks are not theoretical. The pattern of European governments cutting ties is a warning sign that demands a response here at home. No federal agency should be renewing, expanding, or entering new contracts with Palantir while these concerns remain unaddressed. I want you to push for a full audit of every active Palantir contract across federal agencies and introduce or co-sponsor legislation to terminate them. This is about who controls the data infrastructure of our government and whether that infrastructure can be turned against the people it's supposed to serve.
