I am writing to you to reverse the March 14 executive order that seeks to dismantle the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), the only federal IMLS funding enables libraries to provide critical resources for students, families, veterans, small businesses, job seekers, individuals with disabiliti es, and seniors. Despite accounting for just 0.003% of the federal budget, these services are offered at no cost and without partisan influence.
