Vote no on Deportation without due process for anyone living in the USA

To: Sen. Cotton, Rep. Hill, Sen. Boozman

From: A constituent in Little Rock, AR

May 2

The forcible removal of individuals without adherence to established legal processes is a violation of fundamental human rights and democratic principles. Such actions undermine the rule of law and erode public trust in governing institutions. I urge you to uphold constitutional protections and ensure that any immigration enforcement measures afford all persons fair judicial proceedings and the opportunity to present evidence and make their case before an impartial adjudicator. Deportations conducted without these essential safeguards are unacceptable in a society based on justice and human dignity.
