Sec. of State Denny Hoskins must be held accountable for his unconstitutional actions against the people of Missouri. Mr. Hoskins has taken it upon himself to decide what is and isn’t constitutional, despite that clearly not being his job. He has attempted to subvert the citizen initiative process and disgraced his office. In view of that, I believe it is appropriate for Mr. Hoskins to be removed from office as soon as possible. He has shown such a disregard for the rule of law that impeachment is the best option. This lawlessness cannot stand.
