Uphold Constitution, stop human rights violations, initiate impeachment proceedings

Donald Trump's threat to disregard the Supreme Court order regarding Kilmar Abrego García's case and his proposal to send American citizens convicted of crimes to prisons in El Salvador represent alarming violations of constitutional rights and legal norms. Refusing to comply with a binding Supreme Court ruling undermines the rule of law and the system of checks and balances fundamental to American democracy. Imprisoning U.S. citizens in facilities notorious for human rights abuses like torture and inhumane conditions would unconstitutionally deprive them of due process and subject them to cruel and unusual punishment. These actions are unacceptable transgressions against civil liberties that subvert America's democratic principles. Donald Trump must be impeached immediately. Firm measures must be taken to uphold the Constitution and prevent further erosion of human rights protections and judicial authority.
