American veterans aboard the Global Sumud Flotilla have been kidnapped in international waters by the Israeli military. These veterans set sail to deliver aid to the starving civilians of Gaza who have suffered under an inhumane, manmade famine via a blockade done by the Israeli government. Under international law, it is illegal to block humanitarian aid from entering Gaza and it is illegal to kidnap and detain activists in international waters. It is on you to call for the release of these activists and for the end to the genocide in Palestine. These veterans have done much more for humanity than any of our sitting politicians and I for one find that shameful.
