NO ON SAVE ACT!

To: Rep. Norcross, Sen. Kim, Sen. Booker

From: A constituent in Gloucester City, NJ

February 5

I urge you to vote NO on the SAVE Act. This bill would create serious barriers for eligible voters whose legal name does not match their birth certificate — including married women and anyone who has changed their name. We already have safeguards in place. When someone registers to vote, their eligibility and identity are verified through existing systems. There is no evidence of a problem this legislation would solve, and no justification for adding new obstacles to lawful voting. Please oppose the SAVE Act.
