Support the Abolish Super PACs Act — End Billionaire Influence in Our Elections   Dear Representative/Senator, I’m tired of being ignored because I can’t write a million dollar check. You ran on representing people like me. I vote in every election. I show up. I do everything you’re supposed to do as a citizen. And it doesn’t matter, because my vote gets washed out by people who already got their tax cuts — tax cuts the rest of us paid for — and are now spending that money to make sure the right people stay in office to protect them. That is an auction. It is not a democracy. I did not pay my taxes to subsidize billionaires so they could take away my healthcare, poison the water I drink, and try to steal the Social Security I spent my whole working life paying into. That money buys votes against drug price caps, against clean water protections, against the retirement security people like me earned and were promised. Against anything that cuts into a profit margin. And the people buying those votes don’t live in your district. They don’t drink your water. They don’t need Social Security. They just own the result. I have to believe you didn’t run for office to serve them. So prove it. The Abolish Super PACs Act caps what anyone can give to a super PAC at $5,000 a year. People can still give. They just can’t own the result. I want to know where you stand. I vote, and I’ll remember
