I understand Biden's decision to step down and how it affects us all.. no matter who is nominated, I'm deeply concerned they will be unable to defeat Trump. I am very afraid for my fellow lgbtq people, as well as women and trans people. I'm in my early 30s and please listen to me that you need to focus on the youth vote, specifically women's rights to choose reproductive health as well as how disastrous Project 2025 is for the country. Please also do not prop up someone with a lot of conservative values as the running mate. We need to stop trying to play in the Republicans court and try to personify the hope and change we had in the country when Obama was elected. I hope your staff or whoever is reading this understands. We cannot keep having the Supreme Court the way it is or banning books from schools or our public libraries, Republicans are even talking about ending no fault divorce and free weather reports. This nonsense has to stop and we have to unify as a party. As a transgender American if you want my vote you need to stop trying to be conservatives and focus on what they've taken away from us and continue to take away from us if elected. They're platforming on vengeance and hatred and we cannot allow that to win in our union. Thank you for reading.
