Repeal harmful SNAP changes

Please use the Farm Bill to fully repeal the SNAP cost-shift to states, not just delay it. A delay still leaves states on the hook to cut the program or raise taxes to cover it. A full repeal is the only fix that actually protects the millions of people who rely on SNAP. Stop giving to the rich, and allowing welfare for billionaires, and start doing the right thing by giving to the poor.
