Immigration Law Reform
To: Gov. Abbott
From: A constituent in Rockwall, TX
January 27
I am very concerned by your actions regarding immigration. To solve this problem requires a change in federal law. That is where the problem lies. In our country we obey laws and change them as needed. I hope you are working with the US Congress and Senate to change the laws given that this issue is so important to the State of Texas. I understand negotiations are happening now. We need to be ALL IN on this to get the changes that will help with the immigration problem. I would like to see you use your power to influence your colleagues in the US Congress who can make changes to immigration laws. The time is NOW.
