Gambling on all manner of events has become increasingly popular lately. I implore you to vote against or veto any laws that legalize gambling or betting. This includes sports gambling and the gambling cloaked under the neologism ‘predictive markets’. Unregulated capitalism has eroded our society in recent decades, and now some companies are eager to turn any random occurrence into a new way to monetize our lives. Please fight them.
