The Supreme Court majority once again has tarnished their legitimacy that John Roberts claims to be so concerned about. It all rings hollow and this latest ruling proves that 6 justices are nothing more than political hacks. They ruled that Tennessee's ban of trans medical care for minors can stand. People who know nothing about medicine rule for medicine to be banned cause of their religious beliefs. A flat out discriminatory ruling with no attention to what's actually written into the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution. They twist themselves into pretzels to rule based on their beliefs and asinine logic cause as I said they are just political hacks. 6 idiots ruled what patients and doctors are allowed to do with their medical decisions just like in Roe stating the state has power of womens' bodies and not the actual woman. States Rights talk from SCOTUS is all a bunch of BS! This court lost any value long ago and they will continue to do so. Their legacy is making America continue to regress to Puritan times. I hope no children of justices who may require this care one day will forget what their parent did. This court are nothing but fundamentalist fascist bigots hiding their hatred behind religion. Activist judges legislating from the bench are illegitimate. This is why the public hates them. Out of step with reality while living in their fantasy land. It's past time to pack the court and balance it out if you ever want menial faith to restored again.
