Today’s Cabinet meeting made it obvious the President is mentally unfit—rambling, slurring, and falling asleep. IV bandages and reported MRIs point to a major neurological problem. WV deserves leaders who act. Demand a full medical exam and begin impeachment if he can’t perform his duties. Stop looking the other way.
