I have seen that you referred to the No Kings 2 protest events as a nationwide "Hate America Rally." If you had attended the event in Huntsville on Saturday what you actually would have seen was numerous US flags being flown and proud veterans expressing their views. You would have seen numerous people expressing their desire that our country will not descend into authoritarian rule. Thousands of people across Alabama are able to make the distinction between supporting our US Constitution with the rule of law and supporting a particular administration. The people who attended the Huntsville event actually love America. We love our country enough to want it to honor its founding principles rather than a President who places himself above those principles. Your statement showed only that you are very out of touch with your constituents.
