The judiciary committee was set to debate and vote on the nomination of Emil Bove today. This person is not qualified to serve, is a zealot and should not hold any office in our government, much less the role of judge in our federal courts. He has openly supported partisan political positions and ignored decades of jurisprudence in siding with his overlords time and time again. Today, the committee violated its' own rules in voting-out the nomination. I strongly urge you to oppose his nomination and speak out again him forcefully. Should the nomination reach the floor for a vote, please vote 'no' and side with the rule-of-law. Make no mistake, a vote for Bove is a vote against the law.
