It is entirely unacceptable that the current Administration has removed a lawful resident of the United States, Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia, to an El Salvadoran prison without any semblance of due process due to what the Administration admits is an “administrative error” and that the Administration continues to defy the orders of a United States District Court regarding this matter. If any individual under the jurisdiction is denied due process of law, no one in this country is safe from a tyrannical government. I am an American citizen and I do not want to live in a country where the government can disappear people at will and refuse to provide any further information about them. Again, this is entirely unacceptable. Return Mr. Abrego Garcia to the United States immediately.
