The organization known as ICE is a lawless organization that is violating constitutionally guaranteed due process rights enshrined in the 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments - kidnapping people off the streets, from jobs sites, places of worship, courts, and in their own homes. They have also incessantly brutalized and assaulted community members for exercising their 1A rights. Due to the widespread human rights atrocities and abuses of power I call on members of Congress to hold hearings on lead officials and every incident of detention that ICE/DHS has engaged in and bring charges against every agent found to be violating due process rights and the right to protest. ICE agents and officials must be brought to justice and this organization, created in 2003, that is terrorizing communities across the nation must be abolished forever. Abolish ICE.
