Investigate Eric Trump for Alleged Felonies in WLFI Crypto Deal Your office needs to open a criminal investigation into Eric Trump for his role in concealing a $500 million sale of 49% of World Liberty Financial to shell companies controlled by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's deputy ruler and national security adviser. The deal was signed January 16, 2025 — four days before inauguration — and went undisclosed for over a year while thousands of American investors, including New York residents, bought WLFI tokens through Coinbase, Gemini, and Kraken. This isn't a gray area. Eric Trump signed the Aryam Investment 1 agreement himself and received approximately $135 million personally. He then appeared at the Nasdaq opening bell, gave a Fortune interview, and attended multiple public events without disclosing that a foreign intelligence chief owned half the company. That's textbook Scheme to Defraud under NY Penal Law §190.65, Falsifying Business Records under §175.10 — the same statute behind Trump Corp.'s 2022 conviction — and potentially Money Laundering under §470.20, which carries 25 years per count. Please investigate Eric Trump and prosecute where the evidence warrants.
