Allow Lawsuits Against ICE Agents- Fortify Citizens Rights Now

In light of the federal government sending ICE to terrorize communities, and in Minneapolis, murder, invade, break into homes without a warrant, kidnap legal immigrants, natives, and US citizens, and destroy public property to incite fear, I ask that you vote to fortify laws that will allow us to prosecute ICE for criminal acts and allow citizens to sue ICE agents. Fortify stand your ground laws. Fortify laws against unreasonable search and seizure. Fortify data privacy laws (including HIPAA) so that citizens can protect themselves against ICE & Palantir as they unconstitutionally target new segments of the population to spread fear and terror. Make them pay for every last penny of damage that they inflict on our fellow North Carolinians. Expect them to behave like insurgents, because they will without consequences.
