Reject Emil Bove's nomination as a federal appeals court judge due to his record of unethical conduct and disregard for the law. As acting deputy attorney general, Bove ordering the firing of Jan. 6 prosecutors as political retaliation and even directed DOJ officials to "ignore" court orders. We need someone who will uphold the law regardless of personal preference or presidential pressure.
