Senator Mullin’s recent resolution on Epstein is a disgraceful insult to public intelligence — and you should be calling it out, loudly and publicly.
The resolution pretends to seek transparency by demanding that the courts release sealed Epstein records — but conspicuously excludes any mention of the Department of Justice, which holds the vast majority of case material, including the client list, surveillance evidence, seized documents, and investigative files.
This omission is not just a gap — it’s a loophole big enough to hide a jet.
By limiting his demand to the courts, Mullin gets to act like he’s taking action while ensuring the most powerful people in Epstein’s orbit remain protected. This isn’t oversight — it’s a cover job. And the public sees it for exactly what it is.
If Congress is serious about justice and protecting victims, then this cannot stand. We need leadership that doesn’t flinch when the client list reaches into boardrooms and campaign war chests.
Senator Mullin’s resolution is theater — and if you let it go unchallenged, you’re endorsing the lie. California deserves senators who speak up against this kind of political sleight-of-hand. The entire country does.
Call it out. Demand real accountability. And force the DOJ to release everything — not just the sanitized scraps the courts hold.
We’re watching. And we’re not stupid. Next time you stand up upon the Senate floor, I request you read this letter out loud so that Senator Mullin is aware of what we think.
