Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said in a recent press briefing about the illegal war in Iran that the United States would not be following "stupid rules of engagement". Is this the official stance of the United States Government on the guiding Laws of Armed Conflict? I demand, along with my fellow veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Inherent Resolve, that these comments immediately be condemned and that the Secretary of Defense be removed from his position immediately.
