Given the inhumane temperatures planned for "Alligator Alcatraz" in Florida, the recent death of a Canadian citizen in ICE custody, and the miscarriage of a woman in ICE custody, I am concerned about conditions at the ICE facility in Poca, WV (and others around the country). Please ensure frequent inspections, full compliance with all human rights standards, and transparency with the public.
