ABC/Disney shamefully decided to acquiesce to Brendan Carr’s censorship “the easy way” by cancelling Jimmy Kimmel, but Carr threatened to do things “the hard way” by revoking their affiliate licenses. This threat is a blatant violation of the First Amendment and Carr’s oath as FCC boardmember and chair. He needs to be brought before Congress and impeached. Freedom of speech is at the core of American identity and has been strongly upheld by the Supreme Court - this should not be a partisan issue.
