I'm calling to demand that my senators and representative take tangible action to stop the Trump administration from defying federal court orders, including Supreme Court orders, and hold the administration accountable for their blatant disregard for the rule of law. I ask that you publicly condemn the Trump administration's open defiance of federal court orders and demand they adhere to all court rulings, and Subpoena Marco Rubio and Kristi Noem and conduct public investigations into the violation of First Amendment and due process rights of students, legal immigrants. and migrants and Subpoena Elon Musk and DOGE and conduct public investigations into their alterations of government IT systems and theft of private data as well as and most IMPORTANTLY support articles of impeachment and move to convict Trump for his repetitive defiance of constitutional law. We are not a monarchy, and Donald Trump is not a king. He is not the law and the right to due process is the most important part of our constitutional founding as a nation- and the only thing that bow prevents us from sliding into a dystopian style world of fascism. Project 2025 is in full effect and I have seen no spine from the House of Representatives to BE THE BALANCE that is part of their power as a branch of this government. We are at a cross roads as a nation, as humans, and as the world watches we are seeing all that we have accomplished as a nation over 250 years slide rapidly into the dark, into decay, into autocracy. If the tables had been reversed, if anyone not wearing a republican red stamp, was sitting in the White House right now, I know the House that is dominantly Republican, would be in arms and proposing Articles of Impeachment. I am disappointed in Congress. I am disappointed in the Senate. I am saddened that this country, with all its advances in technology, in education, into the ability to have differing opinions, is slipping into totalitarianism, into the area of no return. Listen to the voices of the people for We The People deserve for our Government to function For ALL of us. Due process is that right for ALL People- not citizens- but People within the boundaries of our country. Our sitting POTUS received this in his own trials and now has denied it to people who are being shipped to a foreign entity to be imprisoned and is now encouraging the thought of any who speak in opposition, of differing opinions and voices, to his own views. This is a dangerous issue for all- for you, for me, for all. If this goes unchecked and without reprimand and removal, I fear we will only embolden him and his followers to continue to slash Democracy to ribbon’s. We are watching one man and those that follow him take our nation and grind her beneath his heel. Put his boot to her neck and crush her to death.
