Open a formal investigation into the Trump Organization's financial conduct with Capital One. Capital One closed more than 300 Trump Organization bank accounts in 2021 following an internal anti-money-laundering review. That is not a political attack — that is a bank flagging serious red flags through its own compliance process. Congress needs to find out what those flags were. No one gets to skate past AML scrutiny because they once held the presidency. If any other family had 300 accounts closed under these circumstances, investigators would already be at the door. The Trump Organization deserves exactly the same scrutiny — no more, no less. Subpoena the records, call the witnesses, and follow the money. That is your job.
