To the people who are required to represent all Arkansans and not just those that are white. We implore you to vote NO on Arkansas S.B.3 that aims to roll back affirmative action laws that were put in place to protect the minorities and people of color in this beautiful state. It's disgusting in the year of 2025 we have white legislators trying to roll back these protections that ensured my fellow Arkansans who happen to be black, brown, or to the audacity of the white men who put this bill forward under the guise of equality is embarrassing to say the least. White men have always had the upper hand, and now they want to roll back protections that will give them a further advantage to bolster their fragile egos because qualified people of color scare them, they know that they are in the position they are simply because they were born white and male. Take into consideration as you look around amongst yourselves, the prominent color and gender of those of you pushing forward Arkansas S.B. 3. You as individuals make up a small representation of the many different races that make up our population. This bill serves only those of you, who look like you, not Arkansas as a whole.
