The Supreme Court is corrupt and engaging in a judicial coup. The President and Justice Department must investigate their cozy relationship with billionaire Christian Nationalist donors. Especially Clarence Thomas, who blatantly took bribes (not gifts, not gratuities) and reversed his opinion on Chevron. This ruling is favorable to the corporations that bought and paid for it, and will harm the lives and health of millions of Americans. Congress must investigate the Supreme Courts treasonous and insurrectionist activities, including flying a Jan 6 flag and participating in the Jan 6 insu rrection. The President and the Justice Department must investigate them as well. If that wasn't enough, the decision to give the criminal felon Trump immunity is against the plain text of our Constitution. No one is above the law. The President serves the people, and the American people deserve to know what Trump did with our state secrets and the treason he engaged in on Jan 6th. Instead the Supreme Court shields him so that people will not know the truth and he will not see justice. The highest court in the land is staffed by corrupt liars who undermine the rule of law. An independent judiciary must be restored by ethics reforms and expanding the Supreme Court. President Biden, you must do everything you can to protect democracy from the Supreme Court's judicial coup to empower Trump's dictatorship.
