Please Vote Yes to End Unconstitutional Mass Surveillance

To: Rep. Houlahan, Sen. Fetterman, Sen. McCormick

From: A constituent in Landenberg, PA

October 8

Please vote yes on this bill. Mass surveillance of Americans without individualized warrants is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, and every day it continues is a day the government treats its own citizens as suspects. This is not a partisan issue — it is a constitutional one. Bulk data collection programs have repeatedly swept up the communications of millions of people who have done nothing wrong. That kind of dragnet surveillance has no place in a democracy. Passing this bill is the right vote, and I hope you will stand on the side of your constituents' civil liberties.
