FUNDING REGARDING UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION'. I have grave concerns about a memorandum sent on july 29th from the attorney General, Bondi. It's subject line reads, 'GUIDANCE FOR RECIPIENTS OF FEDERAL I believe this memo is a severe overeach of federal power and violates our first amendment. Additionally, I believe it violates a state's rights when it comes to how one can implement its funding. The memorandum instructs universities in specific ways that we cannot use funding. It makes it virtually impossible to support our most vulnerable communities. Please do everything you can within your power to address the constitutional violations this memorandum has. The power the president holds is terrifying. I ask for your help in upholding the constitution and in fighting the chaos the republican party lives by.
