I want the DC invasion to stop. This military occupation is costing taxpayers money, destroying commerce for DC businesses and terrifying the populace. And to what end? Crime in DC is already down and putting military on the streets does nothing to combat crime long-term. Crime is, in fact, much higher in several Republican-led cities I could name. If Trump really cared about crime why did he and Republicans in Congress slash DC’s federal security funding by 44%? This isn’t about crime. It’s Trump’s effort to distract Americans from Epstein, our terrible economy, Trump’s kowtowing to Putin, and Trump’s miserable polling numbers. Congress needs to stop it. Thanks. Also, have you yet called for Texas lawmaker Nicole Collier to be released? If not you should. We live in a democracy. To detain a representative in her office because she won’t sign a permission slip is insane! Thanks.
